We are looking to hire Lead Inside Sales Coordinator at MEGAPLUS, Islamabad.
- Day to day communication with clients specially dealing with tenders
- Handling of and follow up on customer's sales queries.
- Follow up and recovery of pending sales payments.
- Support sales team in achieving monthly / annual sales quotas.
- Act as liaison between management (Sales dept. in particular) and clients to determine business requirements
- Be instrumental in assuring focused and productive communication with the new and existing clients, resellers and agents.
- Maintaining long term relations with clients on permanent basis and ensuring further projects from clients
- Resolve all complex inquires of the clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for different kinds of administrative functions essential for fulfillment of the company affairs.
